Maren Sugarman - DirectorMaren Sugarman is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Directing credits: ATC’s Conservatory Players (Clifton): A Midsummer Night's Dreame, Brighton Beach Memoirs (nominations,
NJACT Perry Awards), The Tragedy of Romeo & Juliet, A Raisin in the Sun, and Macbeth; V-Day Morristown’s ’05 production of The Vagina Monologues; Orange High School, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)[revised] (nominations, Montclair State Theatre Night Awards); UCC Players, Shadowlands and I Hate Hamlet; Westfield Community Players, Private Lives; interACT Productions, You Can’t Take it With You. She is the Founding Director of ATC Studio’s Shakespeare on Site, offering Shakespeare annually, at historic venues in Paterson since 2014. Maren is delighted to be working with TLC again, having directed their productions of “Oliver”, “Waiting for Christmas”, “Man of La Mancha” and "Murder on the Menu". |
