Carl BergmansonEverett McAlister
Since starring as Dr. Dolittle – in 3rd Grade, Carl has performed in dozens of productions, including: The Importance of Being Earnest and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest while earning a BA in Theatre Arts from Cal State Los Angeles. More recently, he has appeared in many local productions, including Annie Get Your Gun; Bye Bye Birdie; Annie; The Music Man; Once Upon a Mattress; You Can’t Take It With You and in the 2009 award-winning film Taking Chance. Since 2011, Carl has appeared in five productions for the Theatre League of Clifton: Witness for the Prosecution; The Man Who Came To Dinner; Jesus Christ, Superstar; and two shows in 2024: A Tribute to Carol Burnett and The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940.

Melinda DelPizzoLucretia LaMonica
Melinda taught for 37 years. She spent most of her teaching career at Wayne Valley High School where she taught Freshman English and Theater Arts. She also was an advisor of the drama club and a play director. Now in retirement, she enjoys participating in community theater. This is her second experience with dinner theater at Mario’s. She thanks Linda Wielkotz for casting her and wishes good luck to everyone involved.

Janice LynnGwendolyn McAlister
is familiar to NJ/NY theatre and TV circuits, with over 3 dozen lead credits, including appearances at the Papermill, Six Flags Great Adventure, Broadway & Off, as well as the National Touring Co of Pippin as Fastrada. Some of her TV/film/music credits include Person of Interest, Carlito’s Way, Other People’s Money, A Fire in the Dark and her Broadway/Jazz vocal album, “Crazy in Love.” Janice is a Doctor of Math Education, a director/choreographer of some 60 musicals, a published author, retired teacher and administrator, and a Zumba instructor at LA Fit & UFC Fit.

Rebecca MazumdarVictoria Vanderbilt-Carnegie
Rebecca is thrilled to work with the Theater League of Clifton again. She recently made her acting debut as Marjorie Baverstock in TLC’s production of “The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940.” Rebecca’s one-act play, "Breaking News" was performed as part of Articulate Theatre Company’s Manhattan production of "ON-AIR/On-Stage: The Holiday Radio Plays" in December 2017. She is an English professor at the New York City College of Technology, the senior technology college of the City University of New York. She enjoys travel and cooking, and she combines these passions by writing about the intersections of food, culture, and identity. She grew up in small-town Kentucky but now lives in Clifton with her husband and two dogs.

Maria RussellBrigitte Valentine
Maria is delighted to be making her debut with the Theater League of Clifton in "Girls Night Out." Recent performances include the role of The Woman in Death of a Salesman with Seaview Playwright Theater Group, and two seasons as Magenta in The Rocky Horror Picture Show with The Midnight Misfits. She has always shown great passion for the arts, from painting to pyrography, and has even been given creative freedom to design the artwork on the window of her day job. Maria would like to thank her friends and coworkers for all their love and support over the past two years. She is thrilled to work with such a talented group of actors and is looking forward to future performances!
